Hi everybody and welcome to my Blog!

Thank you for reading my first post!

    I am Marija Hristovska who is currently a senior at North Central College and this is my last semester before graduation. I am an international student from Europe, Macedonia. I have lived in the US for 4 years. I am a Graphic Design major and minor in Film and Screen Studies.

    I am an artist, photographer, graphic designer.  Everything that interested me in my life is related to art, writing, film, photography, and theatre. My favorite hobbies are: watching films and series, drawing and painting, traveling around the world, taking photos, listening to music, swimming, etc.

    My main interest is film and it makes my life better. Because of that I see myself in the future working on films as a film director or something else related to film. My favorite film is The Godfather trilogy and those films have a special place in my heart that no one else film will replace. My favorite actor is Al Pacino and he is my main inspiration for studying about Film and imaging my future profession in that. As a Graphic Designer I have created many things and projects related to film and to Al Pacino's career. My favorite film genres are crime, drama, war, horror, psychological thriller, and history, although I enjoy watching films from each genre and I give a chance to exploring new things from the film world. I enjoy the most watching old Hollywood films and international things from around the world, films of different languages especially Macedonian, Serbian, Turkish and Egyptian cinematography. My favorite film directors are Francis Ford Coppola, James Cameron, Alfred Hitchcock, etc. I have bough a film projector and I watch all of the films on it in my room, so basically I keep my room like a film studio everyday.

    I am very excited for taking this class which is the last film class left for me to complete my Film minor. 

    Something interesting about me is that I have an Instagram account for films. What that means is that I share there every film that I watch. In that way I know how many films I have watched and which film, so I will not forget the name of the film. I just started the account, so I only posted the films that I have watched in the last few years and my recently watched ones. I will share the link from the account with you:
